1. Scope and operator
These terms apply to gorea.ch, the GoReach Access application and the lobby preview, operated by GoReach, Inc. (Delaware, United States). Questions and notices go to [email protected]. Paid mobile service and individual rewards may require additional terms disclosed before you commit.
2. Applications and eligibility
The founding access program is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information and apply only for yourself or with appropriate authorization. Applying is free and does not guarantee acceptance, a reserved place, a launch date or immediate service. Invitations depend on launch capacity, supported territory and devices, and the program criteria communicated to you. You may correct or withdraw an application by contacting us.
3. Mobile service and T-Mobile
GoReach is an MVNO working with T-Mobile to deliver mobile connectivity in the United States. Your contract and support relationship for the GoReach offer are with the service provider identified in your activation documents. Coverage maps and availability information are estimates; actual service depends on location, compatible equipment, congestion and network conditions. Canada and Mexico availability and roaming allowances depend on the plan offered at activation.
4. Prices and activation
Submitting Access does not authorize charges, a recurring subscription, eSIM activation or a number transfer. Before a paid activation, GoReach must present the applicable price, currency, billing frequency, taxes and fees, inclusions, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions. A price or service preview on the site does not replace those disclosures. Porting requires your authorization and eligibility checks; keep existing service until the transfer is confirmed.
5. Miles, Daily Reach and rewards
GoReach Miles are internal program units, not cash, a bank balance, transferable money or an airline mileage currency. The current Daily Reach preview shows up to 100 Miles per day. Reach Power applies only to eligible merchandise as described in the offer and does not multiply the value of travel rewards. Reward availability, required Miles, eligibility, fulfillment and partner restrictions must be confirmed for the specific redemption. A displayed gift-card image is illustrative; it is not an issued card or a guarantee of delivery.
6. The lobby is a preview
The current public lobby demonstrates member screens and interactions. Sample balances, names, status, availability and simulated actions are not proof of an activated service, a real financial account or a completed booking. A preview click does not purchase a ticket, issue a gift card or authorize a charge. Do not rely on demo data for a travel reservation.
7. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, automate fraudulent applications, manipulate Miles or exploit errors. See the Fair Use Policy. We may restrict abusive website activity to protect users and systems. Any service suspension and the associated notice and remedies remain subject to applicable service terms and mandatory law.
8. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains progressive form saving and the information we use. Choosing not to receive optional promotional communications does not itself withdraw an application. You can change that choice through our contact address. Browser cookie controls and advertising privacy requests are separate from email marketing preferences.
9. Availability, responsibility and updates
We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but availability and technical performance can vary. To the extent allowed by law, previews and illustrative content do not create guarantees beyond their stated purpose. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms carry an effective date; material new commitments require appropriate notice and, where required, agreement. Changes do not retrospectively remove earned rights or accepted order terms.
10. Questions and disputes
Contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate a concern. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or waive mandatory consumer remedies. Any applicable-law or dispute provision for a paid service will be disclosed in its activation terms.
