Privacy Policy

Your information. Clear choices.

Effective October 30, 2026

1. Who is responsible

GoReach, Inc. (Delaware, United States) operates gorea.ch and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and the Access application. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or marketing withdrawal, contact [email protected].

2. Information you provide

Access collects your name, email, residence country and city, mobile number, eSIM compatibility, and—where relevant—your current mobile contract and carrier. It also asks about your travel habits, connection priorities, interests, preferred brands and experiences, digital comfort and communication choices. Open-text answers are optional where marked. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

3. Saving before submission

We save answers as you type and when you change screens, including incomplete applications. This lets you resume using the same browser. A secure browser identifier connects you to your saved draft for up to 30 days; browser or session settings can shorten that period. Expiration or removal of a browser cookie does not automatically delete the server record. Contact us if you want a draft or application deleted.

4. Technical and measurement information

Our server and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser/device information and technical logs to serve and protect the site. Analytics or advertising tools may load automatically and process page visits, device identifiers and events such as opening Access or completing an application. Our custom event payloads do not include form answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers. The Cookie Policy explains controls.

5. Why we use information

We use application information to evaluate access and technical eligibility, organize launch availability, understand member interests, answer requests and contact you about your application. Optional updates, promotions and inspiration depend on your communication choice. Security and operational information is used to prevent abuse and maintain the site. We do not treat acceptance of program terms as permission for every optional marketing use.

6. Providers and network relationships

Information may be processed by hosting, database, security, font-delivery, analytics and communication providers as needed for their roles. The site uses Cloudflare services, Adobe Fonts and Google Tag Manager; tags depend on the published container configuration. GoReach’s T-Mobile relationship supports U.S. connectivity, but submitting an Access application does not itself activate service or port your number. Additional information sharing needed for an activation will be explained at that stage. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people and systems.

7. Advertising and cross-border processing

We do not sell application contact details for money. Advertising technologies may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You can use browser privacy controls and contact [email protected] to request an applicable opt-out or exercise a privacy right. This site does not provide an on-page cookie selector or represent a visit as affirmative cookie consent. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate; local protections can differ.

8. Retention and protection

We keep information for the purposes described here, including managing the launch, resolving requests and meeting applicable obligations, and review its continued necessity. The 30-day resume-cookie period is not a server-data retention promise. You may request deletion earlier, subject to permitted legal or security needs. We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access and other operational safeguards; no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, delete or restrict use of your information; withdraw optional consent; opt out of certain advertising uses; or question a privacy decision. Send requests to [email protected]. We may reasonably verify identity and authority before acting and will explain any permitted limitation. We do not require you to provide unnecessary sensitive documents through the public form. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.

10. Communications and children

Select “No” to optional promotional communications if you do not want them, or contact us later to withdraw. Necessary responses about your application or a request can still be sent. The founding application is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

11. Changes

Changes to this notice carry an updated effective date. Material changes in how we use previously collected information will be communicated, and new consent will be sought where required. This notice describes the current Access website; actual mobile service will include any additional applicable privacy disclosures.
