Fair Use Policy

1. What this covers
This policy describes acceptable use of GoReach websites, the access program and the service principles applicable to a future activation. It is not a substitute for the network management, roaming and service terms presented with your actual plan.
2. Personal and lawful use
Use the service and program lawfully and with respect for other people. Prohibited activity includes fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful communications, unauthorized access, malware, attacks on systems, and misuse of another person’s account or identity. Do not resell, rebroadcast or commercially automate service unless the applicable plan expressly allows it.
3. Network availability and unlimited offers
GoReach works with T-Mobile for U.S. mobile connectivity. The word “unlimited” does not promise a particular speed, uninterrupted coverage or unlimited priority access under every network condition. Any high-speed allowance, congestion management, hotspot limit or other material plan restriction must be disclosed before activation. This policy does not silently add an undisclosed usage cap or fee.
4. Roaming and devices
Service in Canada, Mexico or any other destination depends on the purchased plan, network availability, device compatibility and applicable roaming rules. Do not assume every destination or device is included. eSIM compatibility alone does not guarantee activation eligibility. Emergency calling, messaging and location features depend on the activated service and network conditions; website demos cannot place emergency calls.
5. Program integrity
Do not create fraudulent identities, manipulate referrals, use bots to obtain Miles, exploit reward errors or submit unauthorized redemption requests. A technical error or simulated balance in the public lobby is not a right to cash, a card or travel inventory. We may investigate suspicious activity and provide a reasonable way to question a decision where applicable.
6. Enforcement and help
Website security restrictions may be used to stop abuse. Actual mobile-service restrictions, termination, notice and any charges must follow the service terms and applicable law. We do not promise a particular throttling threshold or enforcement schedule in this general policy. For service or policy questions, contact [email protected].
